From Pinguino-Wiki

Pinguino is an Arduino-like board based on Microchip 8-bit or 32-bit PIC microcontrollers. The goal of this project is to build an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) which is easy to use on GNU/Linux, Windows and Mac OS X. Arduino is a powerful tool with some faults.
